Impact Pulverizer
It is a high swing type grinding mill where pulverisation is achieved by the impact inside the grinding chamber. The fine powder is swept by blower suction via the whizzer cone, which regulates required fineness. Sand is separated out by a special optional arrangement.
Blower delivers pulverised powder into the cyclone separator. Extra air and ultra fines move to dust collector bags. Ideal for soft, medium, hard minerals, Gram Dal, Tamarind seed etc.
Manufactured using high-grade cast iron & steel plates. Replaceable hard iron liners protect from wear. A pocket is provided to trap iron nuts/bolts. Shaft runs on double-row self-aligning heavy-duty bearings.
